Xinyuan Real Estate's ($XIN) stock has not performed well so far in 2018, as XIN shares are down over 30% while the S&P 500 is up slightly over 3%.
What has caused this significant underperformance over the last six plus months? Several things but, more recently, investors were left wanting more after the company reported 'noisy' Q1 2018 financial results and followed that up by announcing that Helen Zhang, CFO, was resigning from her position.
